Little voices, big feelings! In any early childhood setting, squabbles are a natural part of learning, playing, and growing together. But how we respond to conflict can shape not only the children involved, but also the whole culture of your centre.

In this engaging session, Anna Banas will share practical strategies to help you confidently navigate those tricky moments of tension — turning them into powerful opportunities for growth and connection.

In this webinar, you’ll learn how to:

  • Recognise different types of conflict across developmental stages.
  • Understand the social, emotional, and relational needs at the heart of disagreements.
  • Use language that calms and empowers, both in the moment and afterwards.
  • Mediate disputes effectively without taking over.
  • Support children in building their own conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
