How long will I have access to a webinar after I have purchased it?
You will have access to your purchased webinars and courses for ever! Yep you can watch them over and over as much you like. Everything you purchase on our website will be available in your personal dashboard 24/7.
*Note we do reserve the right to delete webinars and courses that are no longer current or need to be updated.
How can I sign up multiple team members for a course or webinar?
You can invite others to participate in professional development by selecting "buy as a gift". You can add as many registrations as you need to your cart. Once payment is complete you will be prompted to send invitations to those you would like to register. You can manage these invitations from your account page.
I missed a live webinar that I really wanted to see - how can I get this?
All of our live webinars are always recorded and made available in our webinar library within 24 hours of the live event. So if you can't attend live, you can simply pre order the recording or grab it later. Webinar recordings are available 24/7 in our library so you can watch any time.
I can't access my account?
Click "sign in" on the top right hand corner, then navigate to lost password and reset. If you need assistance, reach out via the chatbot in the bottom right corner of your screen. Our customer service team are real humans, available during reasonable working hours.
I can't see your emails?
Our emails might've gone to your spam or promotions folder. You can search for these by using "ECE Learning" or go to your promotions folder on gmail. To always get these to your primary email folder, click the three dots in the top right hand corner, click mark as important and then move to your primary folder. If you are still stuck please get in touch with our team.
How do I view all my courses/webinars I have signed up for?
Click sign in on the top right hand corner, login to your account. Once you have signed in head to your Profile. This will give you a view of everything you have signed up for.
Can I pay Via Bank Transfer?
Yes you can, either send us an email at hello@ecelearningunlimited.com or ask on the chatbot with the details of what you would like to purchase and who is attending.
Are you a NESA Regonised Provider?
Yes! We have been approved as a NESA recgonised provider by the NSW Education Standards Authority.
