Exploring mathematical concepts through play

Many Early Years Educators seek the confidence and reassurance that their provision offers plenty of opportunities for mathematical learning. Sometimes we don’t even realise that what we do on daily basis is all Maths and often we might need just a little sparkle of inspiration to create a rich and stimulating environment that enables children to test their own ideas, come up with solutions and just have fun whilst exploring mathematical concepts through hands-on experiences that are meaningful for the children.

This webinar will provide you with ideas on how to support the development of mathematical knowledge for children in Early Years. We will discuss a range of age-appropriate activities for under 2’s as well as toddlers and preschool.
