Is there any minimum membership timeframe or obligation to stay?
We have no desire to trap people in a payment plan they have to jump through hoops to get out of. If you don't love us there is no obligation to stay. Simply cancel your membership and we can still be friends.
How much content can I acess?
You can join any of our club live webinars, access all of our recorded webinars, and jump into our online courses without any limits. On any device, anywhere, any time. No judgments from us about what you wear when you do it.
Are there ay time limits on courses or webinars?
None. You can start, stop, pause and come back to your courses as much as you need to. As a member you have 24/7 unlimited access to fill your head with all the learning you desire.
Can I share my membership with my colleagues?
We invite teams to join and get the benefits of membership. But each person gets their own personal profile and individual membership. Access cannot be shared.
Will I get certificates for my learning?
You can claim and download a certificate for every course and webinar that you complete. These are great for your professional learning records and evidence of your professional growth. Your certificates are easily accessible via your personal dashboard
What happens to my profile if I change to another place of work?
Your personal profile and dashboard will always be your own. If you cancel your membership we simply archive this for you. Then when you are ready, we can simply wave our magic wand and bring it back for you. Your membership can be paid for personally or by your workplace.
