Conflict in early childhood settings is inevitable — but it doesn't have to be damaging. When left unaddressed, team tension can erode morale, disrupt workplace culture, and ultimately impact the children and families you serve. But when handled well, conflict can become a powerful catalyst for growth, deeper trust, and stronger collaboration.

This webinar is designed specifically for early childhood leaders who want to move beyond the awkward silence, the unspoken frustration, and the difficult conversations they keep putting off.

What others said about this webinar:

This was great. I loved the examples and points on how we see children as capable but then we take away their decision making with something as simple as coat wearing.
