I found this webinar to be very inspiring and a great help to both myself and the team I work with. I have taken notes that I will share with the team to support our work with children with challenging behaviours.
— CAITLIN G
The passion for treating children like actual people - not someone to lord over or strictly discipline. I love how realistic this was, where it wasn't all "kids are good if you're kind all the time". It was great how this went into development stages and how biologically, it's not their 'fault' necessarily when having big feelings. It's just something that happens. Everyone's human, these ones are just learning how to be human.
