Ask any early childhood educator what keeps them up at night, and chances are it's not the planning or the paperwork, it's that conversation with a parent. The one where you need to raise something difficult. Where you're not sure how it will land. Where you care deeply about the child and the relationship, but the words just won't come.

If that sounds familiar, this webinar is for you.

Anna Banas brings warmth, honesty, and real-world wisdom to one of the hardest parts of our profession: communicating with families when things get tricky.

What others said about this webinar:

This was great. I loved the examples and points on how we see children as capable but then we take away their decision making with something as simple as coat wearing.
